The Chambers Grant Salon is an extraordinary event space within the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Enclosed in the original sandstone walls of the historic Newton Auditorium and featuring twinkling fiber optic ceilings, the Chambers Grant Salon boasts an elegant and modern design filled with framed costumes from historic theatrical performances, larger-than-life art from Colorado artist, Vance Kirkland and high-end finishes.
The 11,600 sq. ft. flexible space is able to accommodate intimate gatherings and larger events and offers the use of a full bar and kitchen and a stage for small performances or presentations.
The Chambers Grant Salon is also home to Kevin Taylor's at the Opera House featuring contemporary American cuisine and custom menus delivered by Denver's renowned chef, Kevin Taylor. The restaurant serves pre-theater cocktails and dinner on select evenings when performances are in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Buell Theatre and/or Boettcher Concert Hall and is also open prior to all evening Opera Colorado performances.
