Our four resident companies manage their individual ticket sales and are the only authorized ticket providers for their events. Other events at the Arts Complex are ticketed by AXS.com. There are no gift cards available for the entire Arts Complex, however, each resident company has a gift card option.

The Colorado Symphony Box Office is located at the Arts Complex in Boettcher Concert Hall and is open from Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm. The Colorado Symphony team can help with tickets online, over the phone or in person during their business hours.

Tickets for the Colorado Ballet are available 24 hours a day online and by phone with staff available to assist Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm. The Ellie Caulkins Opera House Box Office is open two hours prior to each performance.

AXS is the ticketing services provider for City of Denver venues, including many shows at the Arts Complex that are not being presented by the four resident organizations.

AXS Mobile Delivery is the primary admission method for AXS ticketed events at the Arts Complex. AXS Mobile Delivery provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online, eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID.
