The 4th annual SUPERNOVA Digital Animation Festival is a feast for the senses and a community experience unlike any other in the world today. All programs are free for the public to enjoy!

Get a full taste of the most exciting movement in visual art today, featuring works of boundless imagination by artists from around the world.

The most unique all-day event taking place throughout downtown Denver and other host locations in the city. Denver Arts & Venues supports the core of SUPERNOVA with a giant feature screen located in the Arts Complex, with audience seating, bar and information center.

Screens throughout the Denver Theatre District will feature dynamic animation all day long, from noon - 10pm.

SUPERNOVA offers major cash prize awards in three program categories, along with an audience award you can now vote for through SUPERNOVA's new streaming app.

Visit the Digital Animation Lounge, located at Next Stage NOW Gallery in the Galleria at the Denver Performing Arts Complex from September through November.

SUPERNOVA Awards Announcement to be held at Next Stage NOW Gallery at Denver Performing Arts Complex starting at 10:30pm

SUPERNOVA is presented by Denver Digerati with support from Denver Theatre District, Denver Arts & Venues, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, CU Denver College of Arts & Media, Colorado Office of Film Television & Media, Orange Barrel Media, Branded Cities and Kristin Stransky.
Community hosts include Alamo Drafthouse, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Next Stage NOW Gallery, Understudy, Denver Central Market, Zeppelin Station and the Source.
