Lazlo Torok, JJ Mazza, and Gabe Rupe all met at the Denver School of the Arts. Studying music in college has furthered their passion for music and they are excited to reunite. It will be an energy-filled night of exploration through covers of their favorites and new original music. The band hopes to see you there!

Lazlo Torok is a vibraphonist, pianist, and composer from Denver, Colorado going into his third year at the Juilliard School. Lazlo is passionate about exploring the depth and range of human expression through art to tell stories. To him, the music serves as both a tool for the reflection of emotions as well as a connection between the musicians and audience.

JJ Mazza is a modern jazz drummer from Denver, Colorado. JJ is an incoming junior at Manhattan School of Music and has put together an impressive resume, including YoungArts 2022 Winner, Downbeat Award Winner (2019, 2020), Denver School of the Arts Jazz Workshop Orchestra, and more.

Gabe Rupe is a Bassist, Composer and educator based in Baltimore MD. Gabe has performed as a sideman with many notable artists such as Wynton Marsalis and Greg Gisbert and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola, and others.
