Arts Complex Garage
The Denver Performing Arts Complex garage is owned and operated by Denver Arts & Venues. Entrances on 13th St. & Arapahoe St. (1025 13th St., Denver, CO 80204) Take the Parking Garage elevators to Level 3 to access the Galleria, Sculpture Park and all theatres.
Parking Garage Office
If you need assistance with parking in the Arts Complex garage, the parking office is located in the Galleria across from the Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can also call (303) 607-9093 or email ArtsComplexParking@denvergov.org.

- The height clearance is 7 ft.
- Accessible parking is located on all levels near the elevators

Event Rate vs. Hourly Rate
- The garage changes from pay-upon-exit hourly rates to pay-upon-entrance Event Rate ($15) Tuesday-Friday at 4:30pm and all day Saturdays and Sundays. Event Rates may begin earlier when mulitple performances or large events are scheduled at the Arts Complex.
- Event Rates are pay-upon-entrance to expedite egress and improve traffic flow at the end of an event.
- Advance reservations during Event Rate timeframes are available by visiting artscomplex.com/advanceparking. The number of available advance reservations are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Cash is only accepted for pay-on-exit and available at the Pay-on-Foot machines in the Galleria. You cannot use cash when you enter or exit the garage.

- Event Rate - $15
- Early Bird (in by 7:30 a.m. & out by 6 p.m.) - $9
- < 1 hour - $5
- 1-2 hours - $7
- 2-5 hours - $10
- 5-12 hours - $16
- 12-24 hours - $21
- Each additional 12 hours - $11
Advance Reservations
Coming soon! Advance Parking Reservations are available when the garage is an Event Rate only and there is no hourly parking available. Parking reservations can be purchased in advance to guarantee a parking spot even if the garage is at capacity.

Accessibile Parking
- Accessible parking is located on all levels near the elevators
- A state-issued placard or license plate is required to park in accessible parking spaces
- Wheelchair ramps are located in the parking garage on levels 3, 4 and 5
