Musical Style: Jazz
Chantil is a Denver based, Alaska raised indigenous jazz songwriter with roots in the Tsimshian and Sugpiaq peoples of Alaska. After a wonderful tribute to Nat King Cole, and Harry Connick Jr, Chantil returns to Dazzle August 10th with her brilliant original material that stands out especially in a genre that lyricists have become increasingly rare. She is a fireball of jazz, soul and songwriting that comes to life onstage in the form of the piano trio.
